1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your web browser when you visit a website. They are used to remember preferences and to keep the site working correctly.
This policy also covers other similar technologies that may be used on this Site (such as localStorage entries written by the site itself).
2. Who controls cookies on this site
The controller of cookies is:
Konrad Kowalik, trading as Full of Health Email: contact@fullofhealth.uk ICO Registration Number: ZC106701
3. What cookies I use
3.1. Strictly necessary cookies
These are required for the Site to function. They do not require your consent under PECR.
| Storage item | Purpose | Expires |
|---|---|---|
| Session cookies | Page navigation, contact form submission | When you close the browser |
cookie-consent (localStorage) |
Stores your consent choice (all or necessary) so the banner is not shown again |
12 months |
3.2. Optional analytics and marketing cookies
These help me understand which content is useful and measure how my Facebook/Instagram posts and ads perform. They are loaded only after you give consent by clicking "Accept all" in the cookie banner.
| Service | Provider | Purpose | Cookies / storage | Expires |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Vercel Analytics | Vercel, Inc. (USA) | Anonymous, aggregated visit statistics. No cross-site tracking. No advertising profiles. No personally identifiable information. | Session-scoped identifier | At end of session |
| Meta Pixel | Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. | Measures which Facebook/Instagram posts and ads lead to a sign-up or purchase, and helps tailor ads | _fbp cookie |
3 months |
Data collected by the Meta Pixel is shared with Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. and processed under Meta's Privacy Policy. Meta may transfer data outside the UK/EEA under standard contractual clauses and (for the US) the UK-US Data Bridge / EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Important: the Site does not use Google Analytics, TikTok Pixel or any other tracking technology beyond the two services listed above. Choosing "Necessary only" means zero tracking.
4. Legal basis (UK)
- Strictly necessary cookies: Regulation 6(4)(a) of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) — exemption for cookies strictly necessary to provide the service the user has requested.
- Analytics and marketing cookies: Regulation 6(1) PECR — prior consent of the user. Consent is captured by the cookie banner and stored as described in Section 3.1. The lawful basis for the underlying processing under UK GDPR is Art. 6(1)(a) — your consent.
For EU/EEA users the same logic applies under Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC and Art. 6(1)(a) EU GDPR.
5. Cookie banner
When you first visit the Site, a banner is displayed at the bottom of the screen. You can:
- Accept all — you consent to strictly necessary cookies and optional analytics
- Necessary only — you consent only to cookies required for the Site to work
- Change your mind later — use the "Cookie settings" link in the footer to reopen the choice, or clear the
cookie-consentlocalStorage entry in your browser
Your choice is logged anonymously (hashed IP, choice, timestamp) on Supabase (EU/Ireland) for compliance audit purposes. The retention period of that log is 12 months.
6. How to manage cookies in your browser
You can manage or delete cookies independently in your browser settings:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
Blocking or deleting cookies may affect some features of the Site (for example, the cookie banner will appear again).
7. International transfers
The optional analytics provider (Vercel, Inc.) is based in the United States. Transfers are made under the UK-US Data Bridge (in force since 12.10.2023) and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Commission adequacy decision of 10.07.2023). Vercel holds active DPF certification.
The consent log is stored on Supabase, Inc. infrastructure in the EU region (Ireland) and is not transferred outside the EEA.
8. Your rights
You can at any time:
- withdraw consent to analytics cookies (no impact on past processing)
- request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of any personal data linked to cookies (see Privacy Policy)
- complain to the ICO (UK) or UODO (Poland) — full contact details in the Privacy Policy
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@fullofhealth.uk.
9. Changes to this Cookie Policy
If I change this policy in a material way, the cookie banner will be re-displayed so you can review and reconfirm your choice. The current version (with date) is always available at zyciepelnezdrowia.pl/en/cookies.
